This Privacy Policy explains how the provider of the App collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when a user installs or uses the App. The App is a mobile utility intended to help users clean and organize device content, such as photos, videos, files, storage usage, and contacts, depending on the features available in the user's version.
By using the App, the user agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, the user should stop using the App and may delete it from the device.
1. Information We May Process
Device content selected or authorized by the user. The App may process user-authorized photos, videos, contacts, and local file information to support cleanup, organization, duplicate detection, and optional private storage features chosen by the user.
Photos and videos. When the user grants photo library permission, the App may process media metadata, thumbnails, file size, creation date, duration, visual similarity indicators, blur signals, screenshot status, and other local signals needed to find duplicate, similar, large, or low-quality items. Unless the user uses an online feature or contacts support with attachments, the App is designed to perform these review and cleaning functions on the device.
Contacts. When the user grants contacts permission, the App may read contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and related contact fields to identify duplicate, incomplete, or mergeable records. The App uses this access only to provide contact cleanup and organization features requested by the user.
Camera and scan data. If the App includes scanning, detection, or document-style capture functions, it may access the camera only after permission is granted. Images captured by the user are processed to provide the selected feature.
Usage, diagnostics, and device information. The App may collect app interaction events, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, language, region, approximate network status, and similar technical information to maintain security, improve reliability, measure feature performance, and troubleshoot errors.
Purchase and subscription information. If the user buys a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is handled by the app marketplace. The App may receive non-financial transaction status, entitlement, renewal, expiration, and trial information needed to unlock paid features and provide support.
Advertising identifiers. If advertising, attribution, or personalized measurement is used, the App accesses the device advertising identifier only when the user has provided the required tracking permission. If permission is denied, the App does not use the advertising identifier for tracking.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App. This includes detecting duplicate or similar items, estimating recoverable storage, helping the user review items before deletion, restoring subscription access, preventing misuse, diagnosing crashes, responding to support requests, complying with legal obligations, and communicating service notices when appropriate.
The App may use information to operate secure areas selected by the user, support passcode or biometric access where available, improve scan accuracy, and help the user manage private or unnecessary content.
3. User Permissions and Control
The App requests permissions only when they are needed for a feature. The user may grant or deny permissions through the operating system and may change those choices at any time in device settings. If a permission is disabled, some features may stop working or may provide limited results.
The App does not delete photos, videos, files, or contacts without a user action or confirmation flow. The user remains responsible for reviewing suggested items before removing, merging, compressing, exporting, or hiding them.
4. Local Processing and Optional Cloud Features
Where reasonably possible, the App processes device content locally. Local processing means that the information is analyzed on the user's device to provide cleaning and organization features. Some optional functions may require network communication, such as account services, subscription validation, diagnostics, cloud backup, secure sync, customer support, advertising measurement, or analytics.
If a feature requires uploading user-selected content, the App will use that content only for the purpose of providing the requested feature, maintaining security, and delivering support related to that feature.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the App, such as analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud infrastructure providers, subscription validation services, customer support platforms, advertising partners where permitted, fraud prevention services, and legal or compliance advisors.
Service providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us or to comply with law. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of users, the App, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, maintain subscription records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and support users. Content processed locally may remain only on the user's device unless the user chooses to upload, export, sync, or share it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 years old or to any lower age where local law requires parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, the parent or guardian may contact us.
9. User Rights and Choices
Depending on the user's location, the user may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. The user may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be submitted through the contact email below.
The user can control many types of data directly on the device by changing system permissions, deleting content, clearing app data where available, or uninstalling the App. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the app marketplace account settings unless otherwise stated by the marketplace.
10. International Transfers
Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where the user lives. When information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App, on the listing page, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the App after an update means the user accepts the updated Privacy Policy.
